Purpose and eligibility
Cyrion offers business-focused security reviews, assessments and guidance. You must be authorized to act for the business. The contracting entity, contact details, service schedule and any additional terms are confirmed before work begins. Website terms do not replace a statement of work for custom engagements.
Standard — $59.99 USD per month
1 business · 1 website · up to 5 users / devices. Up to 30 minutes of analyst time per month, including reviews and support. Initial review uses the first month’s allowance. Guidance and non-invasive checks; changes are quoted separately. Target first response: 3 business days.
Pro — $99.99 USD per month
1 business · 1 location · up to 15 users / devices. Up to 90 minutes of analyst time per month, including reviews, support and triage. One cloud tenant and one website. Deeper reviews rotate by priority; implementation and incident response are quoted separately. Target first response: 1 business day.
How the allowance works
Analyst time includes assessment, reporting, support and triage. Reviews are prioritized; a listed service category does not mean every system or control is reviewed each month. The initial review uses the first month’s allowance. Unused time does not roll over. Business hours are agreed at onboarding. Response targets are not resolution guarantees.
Custom environments and additional work
Healthcare, regulated financial services, sensitive-data environments, multiple locations, more than the plan’s users/devices and complex infrastructure require a separate scope, even in a small organization. Implementation, remediation, migrations, extensive testing and incident response are separate work requiring agreement on scope and price.
Recurring payments
Standard renews at $59.99 USD and Pro at $99.99 USD each month, starting with the first PayPal payment. Choose United States to pay in USD or Europe to convert to EUR using the dated ECB reference rate displayed at checkout. The EUR amount is rounded to the nearest cent and remains fixed for that subscription; it is not recalculated at each renewal. Rates can change before checkout starts, in which case a new review is required. Your bank or PayPal may charge conversion fees if your funding currency differs. There is no setup fee in these plans. Review the total and recurring schedule shown by PayPal before approval. Cyrion confirms a subscription only after server verification of the subscription and initial payment. Returning to the website is not proof of payment.
Cancellation and billing
Cancel future renewals in your PayPal automatic payment settings before the next billing date. The agreed service continues through the paid period, subject to authorization and safety restrictions. No prorated refund is promised for a partially used month, except where required by law or agreed to resolve a billing issue. Contact Cyrion with your reference for assistance.
Authorization and client responsibilities
Only explicitly authorized assets may be assessed. Written scope and permission are required before active security work begins. You retain responsibility for your systems, access decisions, backups and implementation unless separately agreed. Do not provide credentials or confidential evidence through ordinary website forms.
Boundaries and specialist escalation
Subscriptions do not include a 24/7 SOC, continuous monitoring, emergency SLA, guaranteed breach prevention or malware removal, advanced digital forensics, nation-state response or legal compliance certification. Severe incidents, ransomware and legally sensitive breaches may need specialist incident-response, legal or compliance partners. Recommendations reduce identified risks; they cannot eliminate all risk. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy and confidentiality
Website data is handled under the privacy policy. Additional confidentiality and data-processing arrangements may be agreed for security work.
