Cyrion Security is the brand operating this website. Use the contact form to identify a privacy enquiry. The contracting entity and business details must be confirmed in the service agreement before security work begins.
Information you provide
Consultation requests collect your name, company, email, approximate company size, industry and a description of your needs. Phone and further environment details are optional. Checkout collects the information needed to assess plan fit and arrange service. Onboarding collects priorities, availability and an authorization acknowledgement. Do not submit passwords, health records, payment card details or confidential evidence.
How information is used
We use enquiries to assess your needs and respond. Subscription records administer the service, verify payment status and maintain necessary business records. Limited technical information protects the website against abuse. We do not sell personal information or use enquiry details for unsolicited marketing. Depending on the activity and applicable law, processing relies on steps you request before a contract, contract performance, consent to a consultation response and our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure service.
Payments and service providers
PayPal processes payment credentials on its own website under its own privacy policy. Cyrion receives subscription references and status information, not your PayPal password or card credentials. Hosting and storage providers process information needed to operate this site. If enquiry notifications are configured, the selected business communication provider receives the enquiry. The forms do not send information to AI services. AI-assisted work in an engagement requires an agreed handling policy. International processing and any required transfer arrangements are addressed in the service agreement.
Cookies and local preferences
An essential HTTP-only checkout cookie connects your browser to a temporary session and expires after two hours. A local preference remembers reduced cinematic motion. This application includes no advertising pixels or third-party marketing analytics. Hosting access controls may use their own essential session cookies.
Retention
Rate-limit records expire after 15 minutes and are removed as requests are processed. Checkout browser sessions expire after two hours; this does not delete the business record. Enquiries and abandoned checkouts are reviewed for deletion after 90 days unless needed for an ongoing discussion, dispute or legal obligation. Service records are retained only as needed to administer the relationship and meet applicable record-keeping obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, withdraw consent to future consultation contact or object to processing. Additional rights may apply, including restriction, portability and a complaint to your data protection authority. Proportionate verification may be necessary. Deleting a website enquiry does not cancel a PayPal subscription; manage future renewals separately in PayPal.
